Warranty Terms and Conditions

M Studio India, often known as "M Studio," offers warranty coverage for goods that were first offered for sale by M Studio India Authorized Dealers in India. The closest M Studio India Authorized Service Center should be contacted in the unlikely event that the product has to be repaired. please contact your neartest Service Center.
M Studio provides a warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated under the following terms and conditions:

1. The product must be used strictly in compliance with the instructions provided in the product manual; otherwise, the designated warranty will no longer be valid.
2. The company will not charge the customer for technical labor or repair components if the electronic device has any defects in workmanship or does not meet specifications within the warranty period. The product's warranty is not extended, even if M Studio fixes or replaces it.
3. That this warranty will instantly expire and become void initially and have no effect whatsoever if, at any point during the warranty period, any part or parts of this product are removed, altered, tampered with, adjusted, modified, disassembled, repaired, or handled in any way by any person or people not authorized by us.
4. That our decisions regarding any complaints regarding material or workmanship flaws will be final, and the customer will consent to follow those choices. After being replaced, any defective product or part will belong to us.
5. This warranty will expire if the product is taken out of the Republic of India.
6. If the product's serial number has been changed, erased, or vandalized, this warranty will not be valid.
7. Only when the original invoice is presented with the damaged product will the warranty be valid. If the aforementioned document is not presented, or if the information is inaccurate or altered, M Studio retains the right to deny warranty coverage.
8. This warranty excludes customer installation and connecting the unit to non-M Studio-approved equipment.
9. This warranty is subject to the following exclusions and limitations in addition to the aforementioned: I. It will be valid for the duration specified below from the date of purchase for the products listed below, as well as any additional products for which M Studio may specifically notify the customer in writing.
   • 12 months limited guarantee exclusively for guitars, keyboards, and accessories.
   • 24 months limited warranty only for Octapad (MS P20, MS P20 PRO, and MS P30 PRO).
10. Any program or data loss or recovery is not M Studio's responsibility. It is recommended that the customer backup their data and software before obtaining repair services from M Studio.
